Our Story

We've been around for over two decades now. It started with a two desk pod in a serviced office and a small bank loan back in 2004.

We established Circle Square because we spotted a gap in the market to provide a higher quality of service in recruitment. Too many agencies were focused on volume over quality, and we believed there was a better way.

Today, we work remotely or from our offices in London and Barcelona, serving clients across the UK and Europe.
